Ingredients
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 lb.<
Method
- Sauté onion in skillet in butter.
- Add ground beef and brown. Season with salt and pepper.
- Layer half of cabbage in slow cooker, followed by half of meat mixture. Repeat layers.
- Pour soup over top.
- Cover. Cook on Low 3–4 hours.
- Serve with garlic bread and canned fruit.
