Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 2 green peppers, or 1 green

Method

  1. Brown beef in skillet. Drain.
  2. Combine all ingredients in slow cooker. Mix well.
  3. Cover. Cook on Low 5–6 hours or on High 3 hours, or until liquid is absorbed.
