Ingredients

  • lbs. extra-lean ground beef
  • 10¾-oz. can cream of chicken soup
  • 10¾-oz. can 98% fat-free cream of mushroom soup
  • cups water
  • 2 cups chopped celery
  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 1 cup brown rice, uncooked
  • 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Ideal Slow Cooker Size: 4-Quart

Method

  1. Brown ground beef in a nonstick skillet.
  2. Combine all ingredients in slow cooker.
  3. Cover. Cook on Low 6–8 hours.

Per Serving: 400 calories (140 calories from fat), 15g total fat (6g saturated, 1g trans), 45mg cholesterol, 950mg sodium, 36g total carbohydrate (2g fiber, 3g sugar), 28g protein, 6%DV vitamin A, 8%DV vitamin C, 8%DV calcium, 20%DV iron.
