Easy Crock Taco Filling

Ingredients

  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 2 15-oz. cans chili beans
  • 15-oz. can Santa Fe, or Mexican, or Fiesta corn
  • ¾ cup water
  • ¼ tsp. cayenne pepper, optional
  • ½ tsp. garlic powder, optional

Ideal Slow Cooker Size: 4-Quart

Method

  1. Brown ground beef and chopped onion in a nonstick skillet. Drain.
  2. Mix all ingredients together in the slow cooker, blending well.
  3. Cover and cook on Low for 6–8 hours.
