Easy Beef Tortillas

  • lbs. ground beef
  • 10¾-oz. can cream of chicken soup
  • cups crushed tortilla chips, divided
  • 16-oz. jar salsa
  • cups (6 ozs.) shredded cheddar cheese

Ideal Slow Cooker Size: 4-Quart


  1. Brown ground beef in a nonstick skillet. Drain. Stir in soup.
  2. Spray inside of cooker with nonstick cooking spray. Sprinkle cups tortilla chips in slow cooker. Top with beef mixture, then salsa, and then cheese.
  3. Cover and cook on High for 1½ hours, or on Low for 3 hours.
  4. Sprinkle with remaining chips just before serving.
