Meatballs with Veggies Sauce

Ingredients

Meatballs

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • ½–¾ cup tomato juice
  • 2 slices crumbled whole wheat bread
  • 2 tsp. instant minced onion
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ tsp. garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp. dry mustard
  • ¼ tsp. pepper

Ideal Slow Cooker Size: 4-Quart

Method

  1. Combine all meatball ingredients.
  2. Shape into meatballs, using 1 heaping tablespoon mixture for each. Place on rack in baking pan. Bake in oven at 350° for 30 minutes, or until done.
