Veggies Sauce

Ingredients

  • 4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. dried Italian seasoning
  • ¼ tsp. garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp. cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp. pepper
  • 2 4-oz. cans sliced mushrooms, undrained
  • 2 cups sliced carrots
  • 3 cups tomato juice
  • 4 tsp. instant minced onion
  • 4 Tbsp. minced green peppers

Method

  1. Combine meatballs and sauce ingredients in slow cooker.
  2. Cover. Cook on High 3–4 hours.
  3. Serve over rice.
