Mushrooms and Cheese Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 3–4-lb. bag prepared meatballs (or make your own, using recipe for meatballs with BBQ Meatballs)
  • 3 10¾-oz. cans cream of mushroom or cream of celery, soup
  • 4-oz. can button mushrooms
  • 16-oz. jar Cheese Whiz
  • 1 medium onion, diced

Ideal Slow Cooker Size: 4-Quart

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients in slow cooker.
  2. Cover. Cook on Low 6–8 hours.
  3. Use as an appetizer, or as a main dish served over noodles or rice.
