Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 egg
  • 5 Tbsp. cornstarch

Method

  1. Combine beef, egg, 1 Tbsp. cornstarch, salt, and onions. Mix well. Shape into 1-inch meatballs. Brown on all sides under broiler.
  2. Mix remaining cornstarch with pineapple juice.
  3. When smooth, mix in soy sauce, vinegar, water, and sugar. Bring to boil. Simmer
