Method
- Combine ground beef, bread, onion, milk, egg yolk, salt, and pepper.
- Form into balls. Roll balls in egg white and then in crumbs. Brown in hot oil in skillet and then place in slow cooker.
- Combine soup, pepper, and water. Pour over meatballs.
- Cover. Cook on Low 8 hours, or on High 3–4 hours.
