Ingredients

  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • ¼ cup milk
  • ½ cup dry bread crumbs

Method

  1. Make meatballs by combining eggs and milk. Add bread crumbs, cheese and seasonings. Add meats. Mix well. Shape into 1-inch balls. Broil or sauté until brown. Put in slow cooker.
  2. Combine sauce ingredients. Pour over meatballs.
  3. Cover. Cook on Low 4–6 hours.
  4. Serve on rolls with creamy red potatoes, salad, and dessert.
