Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • ½ cup dry bread crumbs
  • ¼ cup

Method

  1. Combine meatball ingredients. Shape into 1½-inch balls. Brown in skillet. Drain. Place in slow cooker.
  2. Add brown sugar and cornstarch to skillet. Stir in remaining ingredients. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Pour over meatballs.
  3. Cover. Cook on Low 3–4 hours.
