Barbecued Hamburgers

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • ¼ cup chopped onions
  • 3 Tbsp. ketchup
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • ¼ cup seasoned bread crumbs
  • 18-oz. bottle of your favorite barbecue sauce

Ideal Slow Cooker Size: 3-Quart

Method

  1. Combine beef, onions, ketchup, salt, egg, and bread crumbs. Form into 4 patties. Brown both sides lightly in skillet. Place in slow cooker.
  2. Cover with barbecue sauce.
  3. Cover. Bake on High 3 hours, or on Low 6 hours.
