Ingredients

  • lbs. chicken pieces or whole chicken, cut up
  • 2 cups skim milk

Method

  1. Remove skin from chicken. Dip in milk.
  2. Put crumbs in a plastic bag. Drop chicken pieces into bag to coat with cereal. Shake well.
  3. Place chicken pieces in slow cooker. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  4. Cover. Cook on High 3½–4 hours.
