Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
  • 10¾-oz. can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1

Method

  1. Place chicken in slow cooker.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine soup and sour cream, and mushroom pieces if you wish. Pour over chicken.
  3. Cover and cook on Low 4–5 hours, or until chicken is tender, but not dry.
  4. Sprinkle with bacon before serving.
  5. Serve over cooked rice or pasta.
