Ingredients
- 3½–4 lbs. chicken, cut-up
- half a stick (¼ cup) butter, melted
Method
- Place chicken in bottom of slow cooker. Mix butter, dressing mix, and lemon juice together and pour over top.
- Cover and cook on High for 4–6 hours, or until chicken is tender but not dry.
- Baste occasionally with sauce mixture and sprinkle with oregano 1 hour, or just before, serving.
