Method
- Spray interior of slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.
- Pour rice into bottom of slow cooker.
- Add chicken broth and salsa. Stir together well.
- Place chicken breasts on top.
- Cover and cook for 4–6 hours on Low, or until chicken and rice are tender but not dry.
- Garnish with cheese just before serving.
