Ingredients

  • ½ cup crushed pineapple, drained
  • 3 whole peaches, mashed
  • 2 tbsp.

Method

  1. Spray slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Mix pineapple, peaches, lemon juice, soy sauce, and salt and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Dip chicken pieces in sauce and then place in slow cooker. Pour remaining sauce over all.
  4. Cover and cook on Low 6–8 hours, or until chicken is tender but not dry.
