Ingredients

  • 1 whole chicken, cut up
  • 3 tbsp. hot sweet mustard, or 2 Tbsp.

Method

  1. Wash chicken and place in slow cooker. Pat dry.
  2. Mix the remaining ingredients in a bowl. Taste and adjust seasonings if you want. Pour over chicken.
  3. Cover and cook on High for at least 4 hours, or until tender.
