Ingredients

  • 14-oz. can bean sprouts, drained
  • 3 tbsp. butter, melted

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients except nuts in slow cooker.
  2. Cover. Cook on Low 4–9 hours, or on High 2–3 hours.
  3. Stir in cashew nuts before serving.
  4. Serve over rice.
