Ingredients

  • 3 whole boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut in half
  • ¼ cup flour
  • ¼ cup

Method

  1. Roll chicken breasts in flour. Brown in oil in skillet. Transfer chicken to slow cooker.
  2. Sauté onion, peppers, and celery in skillet, also, cooking until tender. Add remaining ingredients and bring to boil. Pour over chicken.
  3. Cover. Cook on Low 8 hours.
  4. Serve over noodles or rice.
