Ingredients

  • 8 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
  • 8-oz. can low-sodium tomato sauce
  • 8

Method

  1. Place chicken in slow cooker sprayed with non-fat cooking spray. Overlap chicken as little as possible.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over chicken.
  3. Cover. Cook on Low 6–8 hours, or on High 3–4 hours.
  4. To thicken the sauce a bit, remove the lid during the last hour of cooking.
