- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- 4–5 tbsp.
Method
- Season chicken with salt and pepper. Brown in oil for 5 minutes per side.
- Cut up chicken into 1-inch chunks and transfer to slow cooker.
- Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over chicken and mix together well.
- Cover. Cook on High 2–3 hours, or until chicken is tender.
- Serve over rice or noodles.
