Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • 4–5 tbsp.

Method

  1. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Brown in oil for 5 minutes per side.
  2. Cut up chicken into 1-inch chunks and transfer to slow cooker.
  3. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over chicken and mix together well.
  4. Cover. Cook on High 2–3 hours, or until chicken is tender.
  5. Serve over rice or noodles.
