Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (4 ozs. each)
  • tsp. balsamic vinegar

Method

  1. Place chicken breasts in slow cooker.
  2. Mix vinegar, garlic, lemon rind, salt, pepper, and wine. Pour over chicken.
  3. Cover. Cook on Low 6 hours, or on High 3 hours.
  4. One-half hour before the end of the cooking time, stir in rosemary and fresh tomato.
