Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp. oil
  • 2 large onions, sliced
  • 1 tsp. ground ging

Method

  1. Sauté onions, ginger, and garlic in oil in skillet. (Reserve oil.) Transfer to slow cooker. Add carrots and potatoes.
  2. Brown chicken over medium heat in reserved oil. Transfer to slow cooker. Mix gently with vegetables.
  3. Combine seasonings in separate bowl. Sprinkle over chicken and vegetables. Add raisins and tomatoes.
  4. Cover. Cook on High 4–6
