  • 3-lb. stewing hen, cut up, or 4 lbs. chicken legs and thighs

Method

  1. Place chicken in very large slow cooker. Add water to cover. Add tsp. salt.
  2. Cover. Cook on Low 2 hours. Add more water if needed.
