Ingredients

  • 3–5-lb. bone-in turkey breast
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 carrots, cut in chunks

Method

  1. Rinse turkey breast and pat dry. Season well inside with salt.
  2. Place vegetables in bottom of slow cooker. Sprinkle with pepper. Place turkey breast on top of vegetables.
  3. Cover and cook on High 1–3 hours, on Low 4–5 hours, or until tender but not dry or mushy.
