Ingredients

  • 1 5-lb. bone-in turkey breast, cut in half and skin removed, partially frozen in center
  • 1 medium lemon, halved

Method

  1. Place turkey, meaty side up, in slow cooker sprayed with non-fat cooking spray.
  2. Squeeze half of lemon over turkey. Sprinkle with lemon pepper and garlic salt.
  3. Place lemon halves under turkey.
  4. Cover. Cook on Low 5–7 hours.
  5. Remove turkey. Discard lemons.
  6. Allow turkey to rest 15 minutes before slicing.
