Ingredients

3–5-lb. turkey breast, bone-in or boneless
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
salt and pepper to taste

Method

Sprinkle salt and pepper and soup mix on the top and bottom of turkey breast. Place turkey in slow cooker.
Add cranberry sauce to top of turkey breast.
Cover and cook on Low 4–5 hours, or on High 1–3 hours, or until tender but not dry and mushy. (A meat thermometer should read 180°.)
Remove turkey from cooker and allow to rest for 10 minutes
