Ingredients

  • 1 onion, diced
  • 6 small red potatoes, quartered
  • 2 cups sliced carrots

Method

  1. Place vegetables in bottom of slow cooker.
  2. Place turkey thighs over vegetables.
  3. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over turkey.
  4. Cover. Cook on High 30 minutes. Reduce heat to Low and cook 7 hours.
