Place the turkey on the bottom of your slow cooker.
Sprinkle with garlic, ginger, and sesame oil.
Cover and cook on Low 8 hours, or until meat thermometer registers 180°.
With a slotted spoon, remove turkey pieces from slow cooker. Stir peanut butter into remaining juices. If the sauce is thicker than you like, stir in ¼–⅓ cup water.
