Ingredients

  • 28-oz. can crushed tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp. red wine vinegar

Method

  1. Combine tomatoes, vinegar, onions, garlic, Italian seasonings, and basil in slow cooker. Turn to Low.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients, except flour and oil. Form into 1-inch balls. Dredge each ball in flour. Brown in oil in skillet over medium heat. Transfer to slow cooker. Stir into sauce.
  3. Cover. Cook on Low 6–8 hours.
  4. Serve over pasta or ric
