Ingredients

  • ½ lb. lean ground turkey
  • 1 cup oat bran
  • 1 clove

Method

  1. Combine turkey, oat bran, garlic, water, soy sauce, egg whites, and onions. Shape into 24 balls (1 Tbsp. per ball).
  2. Place meatballs on baking sheet and bake at 350° for 15–20 minutes until browned. (They can be made ahead and frozen.)
  3. Mix together chili sauce, grape jelly, and Dijon mustard.
  4. Combine meatballs and sauce in slow cooker.
