Ingredients

  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • ¾ cup bread crumbs
  • ½ cup finely chopped onio

Method

  1. Combine eggs, bread crumbs, onions, celery, parsley, pepper, garlic powder, salt, and meat. Shape into 1½-inch balls.
  2. Brown meat balls in oil in skillet. Drain meatballs and transfer to slow cooker.
  3. Combine soup, water, dry gravy mix, thyme, and bay leaves. Pour over meatballs.
  4. Cover. Cook on Low 6–8 hours, or on High 3–4 hours. Discard bay
