- Place ground turkey, onions, tomato sauce, and mushrooms in slow cooker.
- Stir in Splenda and Italian seasoning.
- Cover. Cook on Low 3–4 hours.
- Serve ¼ cup of Sloppy Joe mixture on each bun, topped with cheese, if desired.
