Ingredients

  • 10½-oz. can condensed chicken broth
  • 18-oz. jar aprico

Method

  1. Mix broth, preserves, onion, and mustard in a bowl.
  2. Cut roast to fit, if necessary, and place in cooker. Pour glaze over meat.
  3. Cover and cook on Low 4–6 hours, or on High 3 hours, or until tender.
  4. Remove pork loin from slow cooker to a serving platter. Discard juices or thicken for gravy.
