Ingredients

  • 16-oz. can whole cranberry sauce
  • 3 tbsp. lemon juice

Method

  1. In a small bowl, combine first four ingredients. Place about ⅓ of mixture in bottom of slow cooker.
  2. Place tenderloins on top of sauce. Pour remaining sauce over tenderloins.
  3. Cover and cook on Low 6–8 hours, or until meat is tender.
  4. Allow meat to stand for 10 minutes before slicing.
