Ingredients

  • 3 medium-large sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1-inch chunks
  • ½ cup brown

Method

  1. 1. Place sweet potatoes in bottom of slow cooker. Sprinkle brown sugar over potatoes.
  2. Heat nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add roast and brown on all sides. Sprinkle meat with cumin and salt while browning. Place pork on top of potatoes.
  3. Add an inch of water to the cooker, being careful not to wash the seasoning off the meat.
