Ingredients

  • 1 lb. pork roast, cut into strips ½-inch thick
  • 1 large onion, chopped

Method

  1. Brown pork in a skillet over medium heat in a nonstick skillet.
  2. Combine all ingredients in slow cooker.
  3. Cover. Cook on Low 6–8 hours.
  4. Serve over hot rice.
