Ingredients

  • 5-lb. pork roast
  • 32-oz. can sauerkraut, undrained

Method

  1. Place pork in slow cooker. Spoon sauerkraut over pork.
  2. Cover and cook on Low 9–11 hours, or on High 4–5 hours, or until meat is tender but not dry.
  3. Lift roast onto a platter and, using a fork, separate the meat into small pieces.
  4. Return pork to cooker and stir into sauerkraut.
