5-lb. pork roast
32-oz. can sauerkraut, undrained
Method
- Place pork in slow cooker. Spoon sauerkraut over pork.
- Cover and cook on Low 9–11 hours, or on High 4–5 hours, or until meat is tender but not dry.
- Lift roast onto a platter and, using a fork, separate the meat into small pieces.
- Return pork to cooker and stir into sauerkraut.
