Ingredients

  • 3–4-lb. pork butt roast
  • envelopes taco seasoning
  • 3–5 cloves

Method

  1. 1. Place roast in slow cooker.
  2. In a bowl, mix all remaining ingredients together. Spoon over meat in cooker.
  3. Cover and cook on Low 8–10 hours, or on High 4–6 hours, or until meat is tender but not dry.
  4. Place pork on a platter and shred with 2 forks. Stir shredded meat back into sauce.
  5. Serve in tortillas, topped with shredded
