Ingredients

  • 3 lbs. pork, cubed
  • 2 cups chopped onions
  • 3 green pepp

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients in slow cooker.
  2. Cover. Cook on High 8 hours.
  3. Shred meat with fork. Mix into sauce and heat through.
  4. Serve on hamburger buns with shredded cheese and cole slaw on top.
