Ingredients

  • 4–6 pork chops
  • 16-oz. can yams, drained, or 3

Method

  1. In a nonstick skillet, brown pork chops over medium heat. Transfer to slow cooker.
  2. Place yams over pork chops.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine condensed soup, sour cream, and water. Stir until well blended.
  4. Pour sauce over yams and pork chops.
  5. Cover and cook on Low 6–7 hours, or until meat and yams are tender but not dry.
