Ingredients

  • 4 slices bread, cubed
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup grated or finely chopped

Method

  1. Combine bread cubes, eggs, celery, salt, and pepper.
  2. Cut pork chops part way through, creating a pocket. Fill with stuffing.
  3. Pour water into slow cooker. Add chops.
  4. Cover. Cook on Low 4–5 hours.
