Ingredients

  • 8 country-style pork ribs
  • black pepper to taste
  • ¼ tsp. paprika
  • 20

Method

  1. Slice ribs into 8 sections. Place in slow cooker sprayed with nonfat cooking spray.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over ribs.
  3. Cover. Cook on Low 6–8 hours.
  4. If you wish, 30 minutes before the end of the cooking time, stir in tapioca in order to thicken the cooking juices.
