Ingredients

  • 3 lbs. lean country-style pork ribs
  • lbs. sauerkraut, rinsed
  • 2

Method

  1. Place ribs on bottom of cooker.
  2. Layer sauerkraut over ribs.
  3. Mix barbecue sauce and water together. Pour over meat and kraut.
  4. Cover. Cook on Low 8–10 hours.
