Ingredients

  • 6 boneless country-style pork ribs, trimmed of fat
  • 2 medium acorn squash
  • ¾ cup br

Method

  1. Place ribs on bottom of slow cooker.
  2. Cut each squash in half. Remove seeds. Cut each half into 3 slices.
  3. Place the squash slices over top of the ribs.
  4. Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Pour sauce over the ribs and squash.
  5. Cover and cook on Low 6–8 hours, or until the meat is tender.
