Ingredients

  • 6 cups sliced, raw potatoes
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 10¾-oz. can cream of mushroom<

Method

  1. Place potatoes in slow cooker. Salt and pepper each layer.
  2. In a bowl, mix soup, milk, and ham together. Pour over potatoes.
  3. Cover and cook on High for 3½ hours. Continue cooking ½–1½ hours more if needed, or until potatoes are tender.
