Ingredients

  • 28-oz. pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
  • cups cubed cooked ham

Method

  1. Combine potatoes, ham, pimentos, and mushrooms in slow cooker.
  2. Combine soup, half-and-half, and seasonings. Pour over potatoes.
  3. Cover. Cook on Low 6–8 hours. (If you turn the cooker on when you go to bed, you’ll have a wonderfully tasty breakfast in the morning.)
