Ingredients

  • 26-oz. pkg. frozen hash browns
  • 2 cups fully cooked ham, cubed

Method

  1. In a slow cooker combine potatoes, ham, and pimentos.
  2. Combine soup, milk, and pepper if you wish in a bowl until smooth. Mix well and pour over potato mixture. Stir.
  3. Cover and cook on Low 4–6 hours, or until potatoes are tender.
